About Us
Our accountancy practice was established in 2015 and is made up of a husband & wife team, Jen and Andrew Parker.
We both have a background in finance and accounting and have studied hard to get where we are today.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our professional yet friendly approach to business. There is nothing worse than sitting in a stuffy accountant's boardroom , feeling patronised and belittled by someone who is out of touch with the every day workings of a growing modern business. We are definitely not that kind of accountancy practice and we hope never to be that in the future.

Meet The Team
Jen started training in accountancy in 2005 as an accounts assistant in a small local practice. She completed her AAT studies in 2007 then moved into industry as a management accountant. Whilst studying for CIMA she had varying roles within the finance departments of industrial and manufacturing businesses.
In 2015 the time was right to set up her own practice concentrating on small to medium sized businesses and start-ups.
She has a passion for helping female business owners and encouraging women to thrive in their chosen industry.
Andy started his accountancy journey in 2009 as a Benefit Officer for The DWP. He completed his AAT studies in 2017 whilst working in the accounts department of a large business within the security industry. Whilst studying for CIMA he worked as a Commercial Analyst in the care sector, where he gained valuable insight into revenue and cost analysis.
He decided that he would be happier sharing his knowledge and experience with his own clients so came back into partnership at J P Accountancy Services at the beginning of 2022.
Andy is enthusiastic about working with small retail businesses as well as entrepreneurs in the trade sector.
Our Story
We have nearly 2 decades of experience working with the accounting functions of various business sectors.

We have multiple qualifications and experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Management, Accounting Software, internal re-structuring and Business Process Improvement, which enables us to look at a business from all angles.
